Fun Bathing by Tan Choon Wee Singapore
I’m glad the full results is just announced and here is overall winner, Tan Choon Wee from Singapore. A 57-year-old seasoned traveller and has been engaged seriously with photography for 25 years. Shot taken using Nikon D200 with Nikkor 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 lens at 60mm, ISO 400, 1/1000sec at f/7.1.
“it not only interests me, but it’s also my joy and passion, and I believe that if you feel it, you see it.”
I have featured Tan’s winning photo into one of my earlier post as one of my favorite photo in the Photographer of The Year 2008 entry galleries, hmmm.. is this means I have good taste in photography? heh! maybe yes maybe no.
Next post, all the winners from other categories.. stay put!

I’ve read the thread forum, and that’s pity..
I always agree that my favorite POTY is the photo by Andrzej http://poty2008.dcmag.co.uk/3913562628353997603/2007winners.html and the judges of POTY 2007 has made their perfect choice!
Just this time the panel judges of POTY 2008 should rethink the final decision.. just my opinion.
