10 Stunning HDR Buildings
How you differ HDR photography?
Well, in wikipedia HDR photography stands for ” High Dynamic Range Imaging “.. was developed to produce a high dynamic range image from a set of photographs taken with a range of exposures. Normal HDR photos taken with 3 different exposures and it takes up to five different exposures to get a better results. HDR photos can be also generate from a single RAW file, it finally depends on the treatment apply from HDR sofware such as Photoshop (at least Photoshop CS2), Photomatix, Aperture or Adobe LightRoom.
But to me HDR means more than nothing like ‘Wowww!!!”. Here I share with you an awesome HDR works from one of my favourite HDR experts on Flickr group, NY_Doll a.k.a Doug Cawker.

I too am becoming obsessed with hdr. But yours are the best I have seen. Probably because your photos have great perspective to start with.
How about a little advice on how you achieve your effect. Do you use Photomatix…do you use multiple files (3? under over normal) What other advice can you give me. I have a job now to do some outdoor shots of buildings (expecially at night) So both your buildings and night scenes thrill me. How did you get to have the people standing still in the night scenes with no blur if you are using several shots. There is no movement in your people shots. How do you manage that? Please tell…Where are you now…Bornio or NY? Email me please. I promise to give you some secrets back. lol

Hi Melody..
sorry for the late reply..
first of all, normally I use Photomatix PRO to generate HDR, because it seems I do better HDR compare to Photoshop application. Secondly, there is a way you can generate HDR using only one single photo. All you need to do is to shot with a camera that supports RAW file. Set your camera shooting modes to RAW file which will allow you to shot moving objects and later generate HDR image with single shot. Thirdly, those photos above is not mine, those are some of thousands of good HDR on Flickr gallery, you can simply click the photo and it will link you directly to the photograper profile. And lastly I stay in an island call Borneo, the eastern part of Malaysia.
Good luck to you!!
