Hi there!!… Greetings from Borneo!
I‘m Mohd. Ishak, you can call me eshark, a 28 years old freelance Graphic Designer + Illustrator + learning to become a Photographer from Kota Kinabalu, Borneo Malaysia, welcomes you to EsharkDesign.com. This site was first build and serves as the online portfolio of my selected works. I’m using Illustrator CS + Photoshop CS + Dreamweaver 8 to build this site and a million thanks to my buddy Zie for recommending + helping me building this site alive using WordPress.
Firstly, I’m a Mac lover and I enjoy using Apple product, I like designing so much, I used to draw a lot, I like digital photography and I listen to Grunge music, Rock, sometimes R&B and even Hip Hop, I also loved my nice looking car, my PS2, my action figure collection and last but not least my girl wife Jarey. All of these things giving me inspiration and brought me to what I do now. Beside this cool portfolio site, feel free to visit my newly fresh blog at Made In Sabah, this blog built mainly as the place to get you to know a little bit about my beautiful home land, Sabah and also sometimes just cheering everybody around the community.
BACKGROUND
I don’t graduated with a master super degree on any arts/design art college school.. I was only holding a single Dip. in Graphic Design from a local art school here in Kota Kinabalu. I only began my career on this graphic designing world since 2000, where I started to join a company doing T-shirt design for divers. Few years later I’ve been snapped up by another design company mostly doing Illustrations, Multimedia, Web design, C.I.S, Packaging and Promotional Items.
SKILLS
My prefered choice of design software would be Illustrator, Photoshop, Freehand Tool + Flash. Although nowadays, computer designing is the No. 1 choice, but to me free-hand drawing is still the BEST. My most favourite media is oil painting and pencil sketch, if you ask me why? I dont have the answer but it seems I’ve done preety well all the time with both techniques.
RECOGNITION
I don’t have any recognition or special achievement so far but EsharkDesign.com is proud + honored = exited! to be featured in many best web design gallery around the globe. This blog design has just start its foot on the net about 5 months and its already been featured in WebCreme, one of the most popular web design gallery nowadays. Starting from there, EsharkDesign.com been featured in more than what I can imagine.
